You should understand that by purchasing any of the products and/or services offered on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also take note that the Terms and Conditions will only be posted on the Site, and that we may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification being given. For the sake of clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply when 1) you purchase products and/or services from Fitlion through this Site, and 2) you purchase products and/or services that will be provided by any party who has been authorised by Fitlion to sell products and/or services on this Site.


Cancellations and Refunds


  • A $6 administration fee will be levied if an order is cancelled.
  • The administration fee and delivery/shipping charges paid will be deducted from the payment value before the refund is made to the original mode of payment.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders may not be cancelled.

  • The cut-off time for any cancellation request is:
    2.00 pm the day prior (or deliveries on Tuesday – Saturday)
    9.30am on Saturday (for deliveries on the following Monday) 
  • Confirmed cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days, and refunds will be made within 21 business days. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been made.
  • We do not process partial cancellations, ie. cancellation of certain items in the order. You have to cancel your entire order ($6 administration fee will be levied) and place a new order.
  • If a Promo Code is used in the order, we are unable to reinstate the Promo Code or re-issue another one.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the description and information of the Service listed, there is no cancellation or refund for the purchase of Services listed under the Fitness, Health & Wellness category.
  • Where cancellation, partial refund or full refund may be offered for certain Services as stated in the description and information of the Service listed, the request for a cancellation or refund must be made within the validity period stated.
  • All Service cancellations and refunds must have prior, authorised confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us within the cancellation and refund validity of the Service from the date of purchase to get an authorisation. No credits or refunds will be issued without prior confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us at
  • There may be an administration fee for Service cancellation and refund. 
  • For authorised cancellations or refunds (partial or full), you will be refunded your original payment as store credit (proFIT$) if applicable. Should a promotional code be used in your initial purchase, we will not be able to retrieve/re-issue it and place it back in your account. Only earned credits (proFIT$) can be refunded to your account. An email confirmation will be sent to indicate this.
