Promotions

  • Promotions refer to all types of offers – Promo Code, Discount, Sale, Clearance, Bundle Deal, Gift-With-Purchase, Purchase-With-Purchase and other Events determined by Fitlion.
  • Promotions are for a limited period only or while stocks last, as specified in each promotion notice.
  • Promotions may end without prior notice. If a product is wrongly priced or incorrectly displayed, orders for that product will not be fulfilled.
  • Promotions are not extendable. Any offers, discounts and gifts not purchased or claimed during the promotional or redemption period cannot be rendered retroactively.
  • All Promotions are sent to the email address you have registered in your Fitlion beneFIT$ membership account. Please follow the instructions on the Promotions email to enjoy the offers. Applying a Promo Code may be required. Some Promotions require you to shop by clicking through the link on the email.
  • To prevent missing out on our Promotions, please add Fitlion to your contacts address book, and check your spam/junk mail folder regularly.
  • If you encounter an error when applying a Promo Code, please check if:
    - the Promo Code has expired.
    - the Promo Code has been used in a previous order.
    - there are items in your cart that are not eligible for the Promo Code.
  • Orders may be cancelled, and Promotions withdrawn without compensation under the following circumstances:
    1. suspicious shopping behaviour detected by the system.
    2. fraudulent transactions using fake customer accounts or stolen/lost credit/debit cards.
    3. mis-use of Promo Codes including but not limited to selling/buying of a Promo Code, or using a Promo Code for bulk purchases intended for resale.
  • Promotion Codes, Gifts, Rewards and Discounts are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Terms and Conditions governing all Promotions and Fitlion Events may be changed any time without notice.
