For the sake of clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply when 1) you purchase products and/or services from Fitlion through this Site, and 2) you purchase products and/or services that will be provided by any party who has been authorised by Fitlion to sell products and/or services on this Site.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • All planFIT orders can be cancelled ONLY after the 3rd auto-delivery. All planFIT orders are fixed for 3 auto-deliveries regardless of the duration of the subscription plan. For subscriptions with more than 3 auto-deliveries, cancellation of the plan may be made after the 3rd auto-delivery.
  • To request a refund, please email us at sg@fitlion.com.
  • A cancellation request must be made to Fitlion by 2pm (cut-off time) at least 3 business days before the next scheduled auto-delivery.
    1. Example A. Your next auto-delivery is scheduled for Friday 26 Jul 2019. The cancellation request must be received by Fitlion latest by 2pm on Tuesday 23 Jul 2019.
    2. Example B. You next auto-delivery is scheduled for Monday 29 Jul. The cancellation request must be received by Fitlion latest by 2pm on Thursday 24 Jul 2019.
  • Confirmed cancellation requests will be processed within 24 business hours.
  • We do not process partial cancellations, i.e. not all the items in your order. You have to cancel your entire order and place a new order. There may be cancellation fees incurred.
  • Should there be a promo code used in your initial purchase, we are not able to re-issue the promo code for cancellation requests. The used discounts would be deemed as void. Should proFITS be used in your initial purchase, we will credit the used amount back to your account.
  • Upon completion of the cancellation process, only for charged amounts that have yet to be auto-delivered, there is an estimated processing time of 21 working days for the funds to be credited back to your mode of payment. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm the refund.
