planFIT FAQs


  • PlanFIT orders can only be made with Credit Card/Debit Card. The first auto-delivery is charged to your card immediately on the day of your planFIT subscription order.
  • For subsequent auto-deliveries, your card will be charged 3 business days before the scheduled auto-delivery.
  • We apologise that Paypal/Cash/Rely payments are not available for planFIT orders at the moment.
  • For errors when applying promo codes/credits (proFITS) encountered during checkout, please check if:
  • Please ensure that your payment modes are available for recurring payments. Our team will contact you should there be a failed charge. You would be required to provide a new payment mode for subsequent auto-deliveries.
  • The base currency used in FitLion is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and all transactions will be performed in the base currency.
