You should understand that by purchasing any of the products and/or services offered on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also take note that the Terms and Conditions will only be posted on the Site, and that we may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification being given. You should visit the Site regularly to ensure that you are kept informed of the latest Terms and Conditions.

For the sake of clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply when 1) you purchase products and/or services from Fitlion through this Site, and 2) you purchase products and/or services that will be provided by any party who has been authorised by Fitlion to sell products and/or services on this Site.

planFIT FAQs


  • Products in planFIT orders can be edited or cancelled ONLY after the 3rd auto-delivery. All planFIT orders are fixed for 3 auto-deliveries regardless of the duration of the subscription plan. For subscriptions with more than 3 auto-deliveries, changes to the plan may be made after the 3rd auto-delivery. Customers may edit or modify the products in your plans on your account dashboard, under My Subscription.
  • Change of Delivery Details (Delivery Address/Contact Number/Auto-Delivery Date/Time-Slot) Please contact us at, at least 2 working days (Mon-Fri) before your scheduled delivery date if there are any changes to your delivery details. Do note that for changes to the auto-delivery date and time-slot, the requested changes will apply only to the immediate upcoming auto-delivery, and the original auto-delivery date and time-slot selected for the subscription plan will apply for subsequent auto-deliveries. If in doubt, please refer to “next auto-delivery date” under My Subscription on your account dashboard.
    We apologise that we are unable to change the delivery details on the day of delivery.
  • Order modification (products) Changed your mind about a product? Prefer another flavour? Want to add more products to your subscription? No worries! You can change the products in your planFIT under My Subscriptions in your account page. Any difference in the total price of your subscription will be charged to your payment method 3 business days before your scheduled auto-delivery. See Payments for more details. Order modifications of products must be done by 2pm (cut-off time) at least 3 business days (Mon-Sat) before the next scheduled auto-delivery date. Example A. Your next auto-delivery is scheduled for Friday 26 Jul 2019. Order modification must be submitted latest by 2pm on Tuesday 23 Jul 2019. Example B. You next auto-delivery is scheduled for Monday 29 Jul. Order modification must be submitted latest by 2pm on Thursday 24 Jul 2019.
