Please also take note that the Terms and Conditions will only be posted on the Site, and that we may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification being given. For the sake of clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply when 1) you purchase products and/or services from Fitlion through this Site, and 2) you purchase products and/or services that will be provided by any party who has been authorised by Fitlion to sell products and/or services on this Site.

planFIT FAQs


  • You would be able to choose any auto-delivery date (Mondays to Saturdays, the earliest date is 5 days from the date of your planFIT order), and one of the following 4 time-slots: 9am - 12pm ; 12pm - 3pm ; 3pm - 6pm ; 6pm - 9pm.
    We apologise that Self-Collection and International Delivery is not available for planFIT at the moment.
  • Fitlion delivers to anywhere in sunny Singapore. For deliveries to condominiums, office buildings, army camps and hotels, please ensure that these establishments’ security team is informed of your order’s delivery. If need be, please ensure that the security team/concierge is able to receive the order on your behalf.
  • Fitlion strives to deliver the products to your delivery address within the delivery time-slot selected by you. We do not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time-slots will be met as there may be factors beyond our control such as weather, traffic, haze, etc. which may result in early or delayed deliveries. You agree that Fitlion shall not be liable for deliveries made outside of the scheduled delivery time-slot.
  • If there is a delay, an SMS will be sent to you by our delivery team 30 minutes to 1 hour before the end of your delivery time-slot.
  • For orders that have been instructed to be left at the doorstep/ riser/ shoe rack/ cupboard/ reception area, it shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage to your order. For all other deliveries, please arrange for someone to receive the delivery and sign off on the delivery device.
  • Should the delivery attempt fail, subsequent re-deliveries would be subjected to an additional $7 per re-delivery attempt. There is strictly no cancellation of orders after orders are placed.
