Defective Items received

  • If you have received a damaged or defective during delivery, we’ll ship to you a replacement of the exact item. In order to do so, please email us at sg@fitlion.com within 7 days of your delivery. Our Customer Care Agents will contact you as soon as possible. However, if the item is no longer in stock, the amount would be credited back to your card. If you have made payment in cash, an online store credit (proFIT$) would be provided instead.
