For the sake of clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply when 1) you purchase products and/or services from Fitlion through this Site, and 2) you purchase products and/or services that will be provided by any party who has been authorised by Fitlion to sell products and/or services on this Site.

Orders

  • Customers who have registered an account with Fitlion may modify an order on their account dashboard under MY ORDERS before the cut-off time.
    The cut-off time for Order Modification is:

    2.00pm the day prior (for deliveries scheduled on Tuesday – Saturday)

    9.30am on Saturday (for deliveries scheduled on the following Monday)

  • This Order Modification feature is not available to customers who have checked out as a guest. Guest customers who wish to make changes to their orders please email us at sg@fitlion.com.

    Do note that we are unable to process any changes to your order after the above cut-off times.
Please ensure that the full address and telephone number are entered correctly in your account (including block number, unit number, street name, postal code, and company name if the address is a business).

Keyed in the wrong delivery address? No worries! You may edit the delivery address on your Order Details page before the cut-off time:

2.00pm the day prior (for deliveries on Tuesday – Saturday)

9.30am on Saturday (for deliveries on the following Monday)

If you need to make a change after the cut-off time, please contact us at sg@fitlion.com.

Do note that we are unable to change the delivery details on the day of delivery.
Have a last-minute appointment? No worries! You may edit the delivery date/time slot on your Order Details page before the cut-off time:

2.00 pm the day prior (for deliveries on Tuesday – Saturday)

9.30am on Saturday (for deliveries on the following Monday)

If you need to make a change after the cut-off time, please contact us at sg@fitlion.com.

Please note that your requested new delivery date/time is subject to availability. We are also unable to re-schedule the delivery on the day of delivery.
Made a mistake on the items you have ordered? No worries! You may make the following changes on your Order Details page:
  1. Select another flavour, colour, or apparel/accessories size
  2. Replace an item with another of a lower price
  3. Reduce the quantity of an item
  4. Delete an item

Please make all changes to your order before the cut-off time:

2.00 pm the day prior (for deliveries on Tuesday – Saturday)

9.30am on Saturday (for deliveries on the following Monday)

Do note that we are unable to process any order modification after the cut-off time.

To protect you and ensure online payment security, we are unable to accept the following changes:
  1. Add a new item
  2. Replace an item with another of a higher price
  3. Increase the quantity of an item

To make these changes, please place a fresh order.
