Quick & Easy Meals to Prepare (Yogurt Cereal Parfait)

You can prepare this in a jiffy, just before you head to the office in the morning. All you need is a tall glass with an air-tight lid and a little bit of artistic flair so that it will look pretty to look at yet appetising to eat at the same time. 


150-200g plain Greek Yogurt (unsweetened)

1 tsp Honey

1 - 2 TBS (10-20g) Instant Organic Quinoa Powder (Optional)

20g Nature's Superfoods Organic Purple Corn-Quinoa Puffs-Mulberries Cereal

Fresh fruits such as pomegranate, blueberries, strawberries, mangoes etc.

1 tsp Nature’s Superfoods Organic Chia Seeds


  1. Whisk together the Greek Yogurt, Honey and Instant Quinoa Powder (or Instant Quinoa-Chia Powder) in a bowl.
  2. Layer half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass. Cover with the cereal then repeat the layer of yogurt mixture once more. Finally top with fresh fruits and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately!
