When i made this Super Powers smoothie blend and drank it during lunchtime, i did not crave for any mid-afternoon snack as i was kept full that afternoon right through until dinner time. So enjoy this 3-quick-step yummy-licious recipe for an energising smoothie (yields 4 cups of smoothie which i easily drank 2 cups in one sitting that day).
- Whisk together the almond milk and chia seeds in a cup and layer at the bottom of a glass.
- Blend the frozen banana, Super Powers and cold water until a smoothie-like consistency is achieved.
- Pour on top of the chia layer and sprinkle with Sweet Cacao Nibs (optional) for that yummy chocolatey bite!
