HOW TO DO IT:
Assume the push up position with your hands below your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from your head to your heels. This is the starting position. Lifting your right foot off of the floor, drive your right knee towards your chest. Tap the floor with your right foot and then return to the starting position. Alternate legs with each repetition.
Love them or loathe them, burpees are the ULTIMATE workout that turns your body into a fat-burning machine, including shedding that the stubborn belly fat. The reason for that is simple: burpees fall under high-intensity interval training (or HIIT), and "interval training helps your body to burn off more calories in a shorter period of time".
HOW TO DO IT:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your palms rest on the floor about shoulder-width apart. Kick your legs backwards into a push up position, perform a push up, and then quickly reverse the movement and perform a jump when you stand. That's one rep.

With the above two intensive workouts burning a good amount of your mooncake calories, as well as trimming your waistline, it's time to work your abs! Bicycle crunches are among the very best exercises for firming abdominal muscles. Out of 13 exercises, bicycle crunches came in No. 1 for strengthening the vertical abs and No. 2 for strengthening the obliques in a study by researchers at San Diego State University!

HOW TO DO IT:
Firstly, you would need to lie down on a mat (or floor if you don't have one), flex your knees, and lift your feet off the floor. Secondly, cup the back of your ears with the palms facing upwards. Lift your head off the floor. Thirdly, push your left leg down and extend it straight. Simultaneously, curl up and twist to your right. Hence, try to let your left elbow touch your right knee in this motion. Fourth, curl back down and bring your left leg back to the flexed position. Fifth, repeat the steps with your other leg.
