How do I redeem a Gift Card?
-Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Fitlion website upon check out. Simply key in the Gift Card Code when checking out your cart and the purchase amount will be deducted from your card. In the event of insufficient balance, the remaining amount can be paid for via your Debit/ Credit card, Cash, Paypal and Rely.
Is there a limit to the number of Gift Cards that I can redeem at once?
-There is no limit to the number of gift cards that each individual account can use
Are there any limitations to types/ categories of products that I can use my Gift Card for?
-Gift Cards can be used to purchase any products from the Fitlion website, except Gift Cards
Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?
-Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from date of receiving. The expiration date of your gift card is reflected in the email notification when you received your gift card.
Am I able to redeem/ transfer Gift Card balance values after its expiration date?
-Once Gift Cards expire, the balance value will not be redeemable nor transferable. FITLION Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Can I include a personal message with my Gift Card?
-Yes. After adding the Gift Card to your cart, prior to purchase, you may customise a message to your recipient.
What will the recipient receive when I send them a Gift Card?
-The recipient will receive the Gift Card that you selected and your customised message if you have included one.
Can I purchase multiple Gift Cards at one time?
-Yes. There is no limit to number of Gift Cards one can purchase in a single transaction.
When will the Gift Card be sent to the recipient?
-It will be sent to them on the date of your choice. You can fill in this date when purchasing the Gift Card
What happens if I lose my Gift Card code or someone else uses it?
-Gift Cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost. You are advised to note down the Gift Card code and not share it with anyone else. Should you have any queries you can always write in to clarify your doubts.
What happens if I need to do a refund or return a product that was purchased using my Gift Card
-In the event of refund or return of products, the amount will be credited back into the Gift Card. An email notification will be sent to you stating the reason for refund, the amount refunded and the mode of refund.
