Returns & Exchanges

Products

  • Changed your mind? No problem. You can always exchange your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Return the unopened product, with the packaging intact. Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges are only available for size, flavour or colour of the same product/style. Exchanging for a different Product is strictly not allowed; We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different Product.
    *Please return your item(s) within 3 days of submitting your request. Beyond that, we may have to cancel your order so others may have a chance to buy the item(s).
  • Our returns and exchange policy do not apply to the following Product types:
    1. Bars, even if melted
    2. Ready-To-Drink products
    3. Clearance items
    4. Products that do not conform to the exchange policy
    5. We are not responsible for health/fitness claims or general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their health products.
  • All Product returns and exchanges must have prior, authorised confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to get an authorisation. No credits or refunds will be issued without prior authorised confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us at sg@fitlion.com.
  • There may be an administration fee for Product returns.
  • For approved returns and exchanges, you will be refunded your original payment as store credit (proFITS). Should a promotional code be used in your initial purchase, we will not be able to retrieve/re-issue it and place it back in your account. Only earned credits (proFITS) can be refunded to your account. An email confirmation will be sent to indicate this.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the description and information of the Service listed, there is no return or exchange for the purchase of Services listed under the Fitness, Health & Wellness category.
  • Where exchange may be offered for certain Services as stated in the description and information of the Service listed, the request for an exchange must be made within the validity period stated. The replacement Service for the exchange is limited to only Services offered by the same service provider.
  • All Service exchanges must have prior, authorised confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us within the exchange validity of the Service from the date of purchase to get an authorisation. No credits or refunds will be issued without prior confirmation from our Customer Care Team. Please email us at sg@fitlion.com. There may be an administration fee for Service exchange. For authorised exchanges, you will be refunded your original payment as store credit (proFIT$) if applicable.
